Job Title: Support Fire Specialist

A support fire specialist plays a vital role in emergency response efforts, collaborating with full-time firefighters to address fires, rescues, and other emergencies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support emergency response teams by participating in firefighting operations and promoting community safety.
  • Develop and maintain competencies through regular training sessions and drills.
  • Meet attendance standards for emergency incidents and training exercises.

Requirements
  • Reside in Australia as a permanent resident.
  • Possess a manual C Class driver's license.
  • Demonstrate commitment to attending 50% of emergency calls as a day worker or 30% as a shift worker.
  • Attend 75% of regular training sessions.
