Key Role Summary

This key role is focused on leading customer communication initiatives and supporting multiple projects across the insurance sector.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support project leads to onboard key superannuation fund clients to access AIA Vitality.
  • Develop and execute customer marketing communication plans in collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Lead the integration of AIA Vitality health and wellbeing programs into Bancassurance distribution channels.
  • Plan and implement updates to support new product enhancements.
  • Coordinate Retail Advised 2025/26 initiatives, including deeper integration between traditional insurance products and AIA Vitality.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer marketing or communication management within the insurance industry.
