Australian Made manufacturing facility in Mudgee is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the entire site, delivering innovation and operational improvements to secure production output for the future.

The ideal candidate will have proven operational management experience in a manufacturing business, ideally in agriculture, and exceptional people leadership skills. They will be responsible for outputs in manufacturing, quality, stock control and supply chain including warehousing and distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a high-performing team
  • Collaborating with senior management to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including WHS

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and product quality, and be able to solve problems through effective data analysis and root cause investigation.

This is a vital role in the delivery of customer satisfaction, ensuring a quality of product is produced aligned with client expectations.
