Job Title: Technical Officer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Officer to join our team on the Gold Coast. This role will provide expertise in mechanical or electrical disciplines and support our Machinery department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in installing machinery software and systems on-site.
  • Perform minor mechanical and electrical work as required.
  • Provide remote customer support with on-site troubleshooting when needed.
  • Contribute to machinery design based on identified trends and issues.
  • Deliver customer/end user training.

This role requires regular local and interstate travel, with occasional overseas trips.
