About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our virtual application services, driving high-performance delivery and shaping the digital future of healthcare.

This role is ideal for a Citrix professional who can design, maintain, and support our platform services to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Citrix platform services to meet business requirements.
  • Lead transformations and deliver platform migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to implement roadmap features and assess risks.
  • Ensure resilience by leading incident resolution, managing change, and overseeing performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and embedding best practices.

About You

  • Proven experience in Citrix platforms and associated virtual app/desktop services in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience with modern ICT delivery and operational practices (DevOps, Agile).
  • Ability to build, deploy, and operate efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies and implements innovative technology solutions.
