Helping Hand Support Assistant

We are seeking skilled professionals to work as Support Assistants in Supported Independent Living homes.
Working with individuals with disabilities, you will provide personal care assistance and support people in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal grooming
- Support individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and maintain independence
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Facilitate community connections and social activities
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and interactions
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification highly regarded
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
- Capacity to meet physical requirements of the role
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
