Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities

Support workers will be required to assist clients with their daily needs including bathing, dressing, and morning medication routines. They will also provide domestic assistance, transportation, and engage in conversation and social activities with clients.

The role requires flexibility to accommodate changes in client plans as they arise. Support workers will also be responsible for documentation using mobile apps to ensure clear records for subsequent visits.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and want to make a positive impact in their community.

Requirements
  • A genuine interest in supporting clients and improving their lives.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • A driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance, WWCC and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
Benefits

This role offers flexible hours with the possibility of working Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. There is also the option for increased take-home pay through tax-free salary packaging, up to $15,900 per year. Additionally, there are travel allowances and daily mobile allowances available.
