About The Role

Casual Disability Support Work Opportunity

We're seeking a casual team member who is available to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the individuals we support.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Accessing the community for shopping, appointments, and day-to-day activities
  • Participation in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities, and excursions
  • Engagement in social events
  • Transportation assistance where required
  • Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports

Your role will go beyond daily care - you will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
