Support workers with a genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families are required to foster positive and long-lasting relationships. They must possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to support clients based on individual circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in disability care or equivalent experience, fluent spoken English, an NDIS worker screening (yellow card), blue card, driver's license, access to a comprehensively insured vehicle, CPR certification, first aid certification, and the right to work in Australia.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, compassionate attitude

This role involves providing support to clients during morning, afternoon shifts, inactive sleepovers, active nights, and flexible hours. The role is casual with salary packaging and travel reimbursement benefits.
