- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to individual needs

- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Fluent spoken English and basic computer skills
As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily living activities, community engagement, and emotional support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, as well as a willingness to work flexible shifts including morning, afternoon, and sleepovers.
