Program Director Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the successful delivery of programs and projects for our clients.

  • Lead the program delivery and PMO, accountable for end-to-end delivery of all client programs and projects.
  • Provide leadership to Project Managers, Program Managers and Business Analysts, aligning their efforts under one unified function.
  • Drive cultural uplift and embed behaviours required to operate as a successful enterprise function.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex programs/projects at scale, experience managing large delivery teams, and strong client-facing, commercial, and stakeholder engagement experience.

Key qualifications include hands-on, resilient, and pragmatic leadership, open collaboration, and cultural adaptability, as well as strong change management skills and creative thinking.

This is a key role for driving enterprise change, aligning delivery teams to business objectives, and ensuring client-facing excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders and clients.
  • Implement processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs/projects at scale.
  • Experience managing large delivery teams.
  • Strong client-facing, commercial, and stakeholder engagement experience.
