Key Responsibilities

  • Identify impacts, shape strategies, and execute interventions to drive adoption.
  • Coach and guide leaders, Change Managers, and Senior Change Analysts.
  • Develop and deliver change communications, FAQs, and collateral.
Requirements
  • Proven extensive change management experience in financial services/wealth.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, complex change initiatives and people transitions.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management, change planning, and execution expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence at all levels of the organisation.
