Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to support Data Governance initiatives across the organisation, including projects, data catalogue uplifts, data literacy, and supporting the data management journey. You will work with various stakeholders, adapting to their familiarity with data management practices.

As part of our team, you will ensure Data Governance policies, procedures, and standards are followed and operationalised across the organisation. You will provide necessary assistance for data catalogue adoption, contribute to internal and external audits as needed, and collaborate with the business to design and iterate processes, streamlining them to reduce effort, improve compliance, and deliver business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data-related role (data management experience is highly valued).
  • A keen willingness to learn tools and processes.
  • Experience working within Agile methodology for project and BAU delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office package tools to develop data governance artefacts.
