Project Management and Business Development

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting the successful delivery of projects. They will conduct thorough analyses of existing solutions, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement targeted improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across various systems, providing specialist knowledge to drive project success.
  • Contribute to all facets of the project lifecycle, from design and build to deployment and production support.
  • Undertake critical analysis to identify root causes of problems and develop considerations for future state solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to support requirements elicitation, issue identification, and solution design.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and strategic partners, leveraging domain expertise to drive success.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Operational experience within capital markets, middle office, trade support, and other related areas.
  • 7+ years of experience working as a business analyst or specialist in capital markets.
  • Experience in end-to-end requirements management lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to synthesize detailed information and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven facilitation skills and ability to manage group dynamics.
  • Considerable product knowledge including financial instruments such as money markets, fixed interest, and interest rate derivatives.
  • Demonstrated ability in process modelling techniques and services.
