Strategic Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to be at the heart of our strategic change journey.
About the Role:- This is a permanent full-time position that can be based in Melbourne or Adelaide.
- You will collaborate closely with Workstream Leads, Initiative Owners, and senior leaders across both our Health Insurance and Technology teams to deliver high-impact project management services.
- With a packed portfolio of initiatives, tight timelines, and a wide-reaching change agenda, you will need to juggle multiple complex projects while keeping your eye on the big picture.
- Engage business leaders and develop effective stakeholder relationships to understand and agree the business, customer, and/or provider needs.
- Deliver on the agreed project scope within required timeframe, cost constraints & quality requirements.
- Identify resources required and ensure resource profiles, plans, and associated costs are included in the investment case alongside any benefits.
- Work with the HCM Risk and Finance Partners to prepare a Project Risk Assessment and Budget Estimation template.
- Establish and monitor appropriate project governance for each stream within the project(s) and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) and reporting framework.
- Facilitate and lead Steering Committee meetings by establishing an appropriate cadence, preparing meeting packs, recording minutes, and ensuring actions are tracked to drive informed decision making.
- Manage and monitor program delivery schedules to effectively achieve key deliverables.
- Ensure all budget and forecast reporting is accurate, transparent, tracked, and up-to-date.
- Ensure scope is clearly defined and managed effectively with any changes communicated and approved in accordance with governance framework.
