About the JobThe EL2 Strategic Implementation Squad Lead role involves leading structured insights, options, implications and recommendations for strategic projects.
- This includes coordinating and assuming responsibility for highly complex projects or work programs.
You will develop and translate strategies, policies and priorities for operational implementation, creating materials for senior stakeholders to communicate perspectives and recommendations.
Presenting recommendations and facilitating workshops with stakeholders and leadership is also an essential part of this role.
Action plans will be developed to ensure stakeholder alignment for successful implementation.
This position requires strong leadership skills, particularly in large, complex cross-organisation projects/programs.
