The Role: This is a permanent, full-time Director of Service position in the Waterford area, with some flexibility for working from home between service times. You will receive a comprehensive 5-week induction program, including support from a mentor and regional manager.

  • School Relationship Building: Develop a strong partnership with your assigned school and become an active member of the local community
  • Creative Freedom: Enjoy autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences daily, making a real difference in the lives of children
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a passionate team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Service Operations: Manage service compliance, medical documentation, and oversee the smooth operation of our services
  • Community Connection: Be the key point of contact between TeamKids and your school community, fostering positive relationships and collaborations

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet. Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as well as the ability to lead and motivate your team.
