Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Outside School Hours Care to join our team at TeamKids. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading our OSHC service in the Waterford Area, providing exceptional care and education to primary-aged children.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with schools and local communities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality experiences that cater to diverse interests and needs
  • Foster genuine relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Lead and manage a team of passionate educators, ensuring seamless service operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate medical documentation
  • Serve as the liaison between TeamKids and the school community, promoting collaboration and understanding
