Administrative Services Director

Are you a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking an Administrative Services Director to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with our team. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent opportunity based in the greater Gold Coast region.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations: Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Supervising Administrative Staff: Providing training and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitoring Office Budgets: Managing expenses and ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Maintaining Office Facilities: Overseeing the maintenance of our office facilities.
- Maintaining Records and Files: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Liaising with Departments and Senior Management: Acting as a liaison between departments and senior management.
