TRS is seeking a skilled Tools and Parts Coordinator to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of parts sales and management, delivering high-quality customer service, driving business growth, and ensuring all sales are completed within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing all parts sales for TRS products and agency lines, including factory liaison, documentation, NetSuite reporting, forecasting stock levels, and any customer issues related to tool and parts sales.
- Costing and quoting tools and parts.
- Planning, prioritizing, and organizing daily workload for orders with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Achieving revenue & mark-up targets.
- Regular communication with customers to ensure all Tools & Parts needs are covered.
- Attend and assist with trade expos as required.
- Assist with picking and packing Tools and Parts when required.
- Assist with Capital Sales when required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Parts Coordinator/Interpreter.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs, forward plan, and meet agreed project deadlines and targets.
- Highly developed customer service and communication skills.
- Engage with suppliers to establish and maintain successful working relationships ensuring successful delivery of tools and parts.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality control.
- A strong interest in contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
- Proven commitment to safety.
