We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. As a Registered Nurse - Acute Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our acute services ward.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan individual patient care needs, implementing or coordinating appropriate service delivery.
- Provide health education, counseling, and rehabilitation programs to improve patient health outcomes.
- Support and guide newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other workers providing basic nursing care.
- Develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
- Eligibility for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with appropriate standards.
- Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
