Based in Revesby, Hitachi Construction Machinery is seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to lead our National Contact Centre team. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for managing outbound correspondence to existing clients, providing proactive equipment management solutions using machine technology and service information tools.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with long-term job security. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team to provide the highest levels of customer service, coaching and developing team members, and optimising customer experience and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • Develop and coach team members to improve performance and skills
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and machine intelligence
  • Deliver timely and concise reports on performance and processes
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader who has:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, dynamic call centre or customer service environment
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to enter accurate information into systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to direct high-volume enquiries
  • A helpful and adaptable approach to understanding customer needs and solving complex issues

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
