Neonatal Nursing Expertise Opportunity
">As a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with our passionate healthcare team at a leading hospital in Australia. You will be based in the Neonatal Critical Care Unit, where you will deliver high-quality care to patients and contribute to a positive work environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
">Your focus will be on promoting values-based care grounded in evidence-based practices, aligned with our hospital's quadruple-aim initiatives. As a clinical leader and expert in the unit, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing clinical expertise in reviewing and implementing advanced clinical practices based on evidence and standards;">
- Demonstrating leadership that promotes evidence-based, innovative approaches to neonatal care, service delivery, and research;">
- Offering expert clinical advice and developing effective education programs to enhance nursing capabilities;">
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions, have at least 5 years of full-time equivalent neonatal nursing experience, demonstrate clinical leadership, supervision, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and be capable of providing consultancy support to nurses and health professionals.
