The successful candidate will have significant experience leading business development teams in high growth, competitive environments.
- Develop and execute market sector plans to drive performance and achieve non-regulated return targets.
This is an integral member of the strategic planning effort, identifying, assessing and prioritising growth opportunities to drive performance and achieve non-regulated return targets.
The role involves:
- Supporting commercial, financial, market and operational analysis to inform growth initiatives.
- Leading a small team to deliver high levels of performance and achieving commercial proposals for consideration.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Significant experience leading business development teams in high growth, competitive environments.
- Relevant industry qualifications and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external clients.
