About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead the delivery of major reform initiatives across a pathology network.

This pivotal role, working closely with executive teams, will oversee the development and implementation of a shared strategy.

  • Lead the establishment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of a reform project.
  • Rewrite governance structures, stakeholder engagement plans, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
  • Implement agreed reform activities and support service expansion.

You will operate across two health services, fostering collaboration and alignment.

A regular on-site presence at both pathology services and other health service locations within the network will be essential to support effective engagement and successful delivery.
