As a senior culinary leader, you will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations within our events department. This role requires a creative and passionate individual who thrives in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional catering and event culinary experiences to our guests
  • Oversee food production, portion control and presentation of all banquet items
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment at all times
  • Manage inventory, ordering and food cost control processes
  • Lead, develop and mentor a motivated kitchen team
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a sous chef or similar leadership role in a luxury or high-volume event kitchen
  • Strong product knowledge, technical culinary skills and a commitment to quality
  • Passion for crafting memorable food and event experiences
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
