Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our QLD operations and drive strategic growth initiatives.

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving business expansion across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing high-level relationships, exceptional listening skills, and deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Forecast market potential and create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations.
  • Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and other activities to engage end users.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software.
  • Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information.
