Job Title: Iteration Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Iteration Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of features, and fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings, ensure open communication among team members, and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
