As a member of our team, you will handle all overflow inbound calls and enquiries, requiring a strong knowledge of our services and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include engaging directly with patients, ensuring helpful, professional, and informative experiences across various channels.

Additional tasks include calling and booking patients through lead channels, engaging with marketing and promotions, replying to enquiries via chat box, and handling sales enquiries for our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caring for patients and meeting their needs
  • Following up on patients and achieving excellent results
  • Handling overflow inbound calls and enquiries
  • Engaging with patients directly and providing helpful, professional, and informative experiences
  • Collaborating with management to review processes and support improvements for greater efficiency and enhanced customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complex enquiry handling
  • Experience using online scheduling systems advantageous
  • A warm, friendly, and positive personality influencing those they engage with
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, organise, and prioritise work
  • Ability to work independently to a high standard and seek help when needed
  • Strong learner developing deep knowledge of services and confidently communicating them
  • Punctual, professional, and reliable
