**About the role**:
This position has been designed to support the growth of the organisation and to enhance the patient experience. It is all about caring for our patients and ensuring their needs are met, they are followed up and they are getting excellent results through a thoughtful and considered experience.

Working from our head office in Tumut this Position will handle all overflow inbound calls and enquiries. A strong knowledge of our services is essential and excellent communication skills and attention to detail is paramount.

Engaging directly with our patients, this role is responsible for ensuring that their experience is helpful, professional and informative. Communication across various channels and to other staff and locations is required in a clear, timely and professional manner.

Additional tasks will include calling and booking patients through various lead channels, engaging with marketing and promotions, replying to enquiries through chat box and handling sales enquiries for our online store.

Working with management this position helps review processes and supports improvements for greater efficiency and enhanced customer experience.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven history and experience in a setting that requires handling many enquiries of a complex nature
- Experience using an online scheduling system advantageous
- A warm, friendly and positive personality that can influence those whom they engage with
- Confidence in one’s ability to deliver exceptional customer service

- The ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, organise and prioritise their work
