Strategic Risk Coordinator - Flexible Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Risk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping our Softwoods Business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting dots, mitigating risk and driving project success.

This flexible location role will require the successful candidate to be strategic, proactive and able to think differently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading risk identification and assessment, building proactive strategies that keep risk low and project outcomes high.
  • Coordinating projects, aligning activities, frameworks and actions to deliver consistent results.
  • Clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, bringing them along for the ride with updates that make risk feel actionable, not abstract.
  • Compliance and reporting, ensuring risk activity aligns with regulations and keeping the team informed with top-tier reporting.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • A strong background in risk management and/or project management, with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and identify potential risks.
  • Experience in managing projects and understanding project management methodologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to identify and assess risks accurately.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively convey risk-related information.
