Delivering Exceptional Support

As a Hospitality Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to residents. You will work closely with the team to offer an empathetic and personal approach, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Complete all required documentation and reporting
  • Respond promptly to residents' queries and requests
  • Assist with laundry duties including loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen
  • Support catering / food services duties including assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing
  • Clean general areas, mop, vacuum, and collect waste in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Previous experience in catering / food service or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week is required
  • Understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and ability to work independently
