**Dental Support Professional**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our dental practice as a Dental Support Professional.

This is a full-time role that involves providing exceptional patient care and support to our dental team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a dental nursing and reception role, with outstanding customer service skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work at a good pace while maintaining a calm environment for our patients.

The successful applicant will be responsible for greeting patients, taking phone queries, bookings and following up patients after treatment, contributing to the development of procedures, chairside assisting for dental procedures, sterilising instruments and room changeovers, and driving a friendly workplace culture and high standard of patient care.

  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Take phone queries, bookings and follow up patients after treatment
  • Contribute to the development of procedures
  • Chairside assist for dental procedures including restorations, periodontal treatment, implant placement and restoration, aligner treatment, endodontic treatment and general exams
  • Sterilise instruments and room changeovers
  • Drive a friendly workplace culture and high standard of patient care

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience in dental nursing and reception role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work at a good pace while maintaining a calm environment for patients
