About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the PopCorners portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing external agency partners, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business growth, manage brand equity, and track performance metrics.
  • Product Innovation: Proactively develop and execute product and packaging innovation to drive consumer and customer-centric growth opportunities.
  • Creative and Activation Development: Partner with global teams to build lead equity assets, develop creative and activation strategies, and measure and track performance.
About You
  • Strong Planning and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Experience in FMCG Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing brand performance and proposing actions for leadership teams.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills: Ability to present to large internal audiences and external retailers.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of P&L and ability to manage budgets.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in leading social, digital campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
