Pension Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our mission and growth strategy as a Pension Analyst. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to ensure that our tools, processes, and systems meet the highest standards.

  • Conduct quality inspections and tests on various pension processes to identify system or process gaps, mitigate risks and ensure compliance with plan rules and applicable pension regulations.
  • Develop regular audit reports with findings, risk assessments and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing by developing detailed test matrices, identifying key test scenarios, executing test cases and analyzing results.
  • Identify, document and analyze defects in system processes and functionalities, working with IT and other stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Facilitate change management efforts within the pension administration team by documenting changes and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, tools and practices.
  • Provide ongoing support to the pension administration teams on system updates, process changes and new functionalities.
