About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data analytics expert to join our team and contribute to the development of responsible AI solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and good problem-solving abilities.

They will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions within cloud environments, undertaking complex data analysis, and providing well-reasoned documentation to support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the delivery of initiatives and projects that align with our digital strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and opportunities for data analysts to enhance their knowledge and skills in AI, data, and analytics.
  • Maintain quality and timely outputs by building strong relationships with clients and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could impact outcomes and timeframes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI solutions within cloud environments.
  • Experience in undertaking complex data analysis for business outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in using large language models and advancing human-AI interaction capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policy frameworks, and professional standards.
  • Proficiency in working with databases and programming languages (preferably SQL or Python).

A 35-hour work week and a total remuneration package from $119,108 to $157,063 per annum depending on experience, skills, and capabilities.
