Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data analytics team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business success.

You will work closely with clients to understand their complex challenges and develop tailored analytics strategies to solve them. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will enable you to transform business needs into actionable data models.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and play a key role in driving company growth. You will also deliver outstanding client results with tangible business value.

  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable data models that meet both client and internal needs.
  • ETL Development: Oversee the development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines transforming raw data into structured datasets.
  • Data Transformation: Lead SQL-based transformations using tools like dbt and Coalesce delivering clean datasets for analysis.
  • Analytics Solutions: Integrate and manage analytics platforms with data sources working closely with BI and data teams.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Implement data governance frameworks ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have advanced SQL expertise with strong experience in complex queries and managing large datasets. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery and mastery of ETL/ELT processes and modern data transformation tools.

A Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required. You must also hold a valid permanent work visa, residency, or citizenship.
