Optimize Mining Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team and drive operational excellence in gold mining. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing mining cost metrics, monitoring mine performance, and optimizing mining methods.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Mining Cost Analysis: Track and analyze mining cost metrics to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Mine Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational metrics to ensure production targets and safety compliance.
  • Operational Data Analysis: Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost metrics to align activities with objectives.
  • Forecasting and Optimization: Forecast physicals and cost performance using historical data, trends, and mine planning models to optimize mining operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Proven experience in mine planning and/or underground shift management.
  • Safety Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize safety and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with underground long-hole drill operations and technical documents.
