
Child Protection Investigations Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Child Protection Investigation Manager to lead our investigation team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases, resources, and small teams of practitioners to ensure effective service delivery and the safety, stability, and development of children and young people.
- Effective case management and resource allocation
- Leading investigations and responding to complex situations
- Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen case practice and improve service delivery
- Collaborating with senior practitioners to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants must possess a recognised Social Work degree or similar welfare-related degree, which includes primary focus on child development, human behaviour, family dynamics, and/or impacts of trauma.
A valid driver's licence and current Working with Children Check (WWCC) card are also required.
