Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and assess reports of alleged abuse and neglect of children and young people.
- Investigate and develop plans to ensure the safety, stability and development of children and young people.
- Maintain court action if necessary.
You will be responsible for receiving and assessing reports of alleged abuse and neglect of children and young people. You will undertake investigations and develop plans to bring about the changes necessary to ensure the safety, stability and development of children and young people.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Child protection experience or a related field.
- Strong investigation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
