Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator with strong organizational skills to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and manage all building and planning approvals, liaising with councils and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
    • Prepare, lodge and track building permits, development applications and related approvals.
    • Liaise with local councils, private certifiers and other authorities to meet compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate supporting documentation from engineers, surveyors and consultants.
    • Work closely with customer service and drafting teams to resolve any approval issues quickly.
  • Requirements
    • Previous experience in a Permits, Approvals or Preconstruction role within residential construction.
    • Strong knowledge of council processes, building codes and approval requirements.
    • Contracts administration experience is desirable.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence when liaising with external authorities.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
