As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to own and grow a portfolio of end-user and reseller accounts, executing against agreed sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your territory with autonomy, suggesting and implementing strategies to grow and improve our business
  • Identify and secure new customers outside existing networks, targeting opportunities
  • Deliver product and technical training to resellers and end users
  • Drive sales performance, analyse variances to targets, recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Represent us at events
  • Manage and improve customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong presentation, IT and analytical capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and reporting
  • Flexible, team-oriented approach with business management experience
  • Prior knowledge of the industry is an advantage, but full training will be provided

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
