Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead our marine project team in Perth. This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark coastal infrastructure development for a top-tier contractor.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of marine construction and offshore infrastructure delivery, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position based in Perth, offering a stable and supportive working environment with strong systems and project governance.

The role involves providing technical guidance to the construction delivery team, leading and mentoring younger engineers, and ensuring adherence to financial and contractual parameters during the delivery stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming & scheduling works
  • Planning and reviewing heavy lift studies
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Cost to complete forecasting
Requirements
  • At least 5 years in a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer or leadership role within civil/marine environments in Australia for contractors
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in construction (civil/structural/marine) or related field
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Deep understanding of HS&E standards and best practices
