The selected candidate will play a vital role in reinforcing underground structures and ensuring the smooth operation of our development mining activities. If you're experienced in shotcrete spraying and passionate about safety, we want to hear from you.

  • Operate shotcrete spraying equipment with precision and care in underground environments.
  • Apply shotcrete efficiently to support and strengthen underground structures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards - identifying risks and promoting a safe work culture.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that reflect our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • You'll be a skilled and safety-conscious individual who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in your work.
  • You'll ideally have residency in the area or be open to relocating to this welcoming community.
  • You'll have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar underground role.
  • Certification to work at heights and security clearance to handle explosives, or the ability to gain this licence.
  • A strong commitment to safety - it's second nature to you.
  • A current 'C' Class Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
