Senior Leadership Advisor Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Leadership Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development and execution, with experience in driving high-impact initiatives across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement (~60%) - lead cross-functional projects that accelerate performance, establish new commercial or operational functions from scratch, and manage capital raising and investor-facing processes.
  • Facilitate effective leadership team collaboration and communication (~20%) - coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and planning, drive accountability and clarity around top company priorities, and create structure and systems to enable executive-level priority setting.
  • Drive company-wide alignment and stakeholder engagement (~20%) - own and run company-wide communications, improve information and priority cascading across the organisation, strengthen internal communication and cross-functional visibility, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will launch or scale a new function, commercial vertical, initiative, or market entry, improve operational clarity and accountability across the executive team, and drive strategic outcomes in partnership with senior leaders.

Within 6 months, you will be seen as a trusted advisor and key operator across the business, consistently leading important initiatives and helping shape how the company scales and operates.
