Six Degrees Executive is partnering with a leading food company to find an innovation leader who can drive product development and commercialisation.
About the Job- Owning the commercialisation process and innovation thinking, partnering across the business to ensure great ideas are critically assessed, developed and launched.
- Partnering with in-house and co-man partners working on line extensions, renovations and flavour rotations.
- Initially standalone, this role has potential for growth into a management position.
- Implementing a gate review process to ensure commercial returns on new product development projects.
- Working across frozen, chilled and ambient products.
- Managing R&D budgets and owning the commercial side of the business, including major customer and retailer relationships.
- A well-rounded innovation/NPD professional with progression from hands-on development to strategic thinking.
- Commercial expertise and product/project management skills.
- Category agility, with exposure within dairy considered beneficial.
