Are you a product development expert with a passion for innovation? We're seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our team.

We create products that make people's lives easier, last longer and stay true to their purpose. Guided by a design philosophy focused on simplicity and balance between form and function, we need someone who can refine, test and prototype our designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work hands-on to develop and improve existing products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our product range
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in product development, preferably in the soft goods, apparel or accessories industry
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical drawing
  • Excellent testing knowledge and supplier prototyping management skills
