Postdoctoral Research Fellowship

">About the Role">

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team in the School of Government and International Relations. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will work on the ARC funded Future Fellowship "Resilient elections: How to Strengthen Our Democracies" under the supervision of Professor Ferran Martinez i Coma.

You will take part in data collection and analysis, as well as other research activities as negotiated with the Chief Investigator. Your primary objectives will include developing feasible measures and strategies to strengthen elections, and therefore democracy, with relevant election stakeholders.

The role involves undertaking in-depth case studies in Australia, India, Indonesia, and North America, and large-scale global quantitative analysis. You are expected to provide new theoretical insights into electoral resilience.

This is a fixed term (3-year), full-time position based at Griffith University's Brisbane South (Nathan) campus where you will be based for the duration of the position.
