Senior Electoral Leadership Opportunity

The Electoral Commission seeks a highly experienced and respected leader to drive strategic direction, implement organisational change, and build strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and drive organisational change across various disciplines.
  • Provide executive leadership and management in delivering complex statewide electoral events, operational activities, and technology modernisation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships, networks, and partnerships with government and non-government organisations.

To be successful, you will have a strong executive presence, experience leading a complex organisation at an executive level, and relevant tertiary qualifications in business, public administration, or law.

In this role, you will exercise delegated powers in the absence of the Electoral Commissioner, demonstrating exceptional integrity, impartiality, and transparency.
