A strategic commercial role is available for a visionary leader to drive sustainable growth, optimise revenue streams, and elevate the hotel's commercial and revenue strategies.

About The Role
  • This role entails full accountability for developing and implementing strategic plans, maximising revenue in both the short and long term, and ensuring alignment with the hotel's financial goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have superior knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience in managing, influencing, and driving Revenue in the luxury hotel sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise revenue through expertise in revenue optimization, business development, forecasting, and marketing.
  • Manage the departmental budget, ensuring adherence to payroll budget and alignment with hotel's financial objectives.
  • Setting pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and managing inventory to maximise occupancy and average daily rates across all revenue streams.
  • Utilise advanced revenue analytics to deliver strategic insights and regular reporting on revenue performance, market dynamics, and operational efficiency to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team of commercial professionals, setting targets, and building a results-driven culture.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar senior leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary commercial team.
  • Superior knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience in managing, influencing, and driving Revenue in the luxury hotel sector.
  • Strong financial skills, including developing and managing a commercial budget, and ability to apply analytics to strategy.
  • Proficiency in analytical reasoning, strategic foresight, and adeptness in dissecting market trends and orchestrating media strategies are crucial.
  • Experience in managing channel and trade marketing, as well as motivating and training a team.
